By accessing or using Steeleye.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and contract terms. You are responsible for user access management within your organization.

3. Accounts and Access

Account credentials must be protected. You must notify us promptly of unauthorized access or suspected compromise.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, including third-party sign-in sessions.

4. Consent for Sign-In With Google and Other Providers

If you select Sign-In With Google (or another supported OAuth/SSO provider), you authorize Steeleye.ai to use approved profile and identity attributes from that provider to authenticate and manage your account.

By using third-party sign-in, you represent that you have authority over the identity used and consent to provider-to-Steeleye data transfer necessary for authentication, security checks, and access control.

Revoking provider access may disable login functionality until a valid authentication method is restored.

5. Intellectual Property

Steeleye and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except those expressly provided under your agreement.

6. Customer Data and Compliance

You retain responsibility for the lawfulness, accuracy, and permissions associated with data submitted to the platform. You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized data.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for security risks, abusive behavior, legal violations, non-payment, or material breach of contract terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited as defined in the applicable customer agreement.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an effective update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
